Lucky’s Rainbow provides coaching for grief, loss, and emotional support related to the death or illness of pets. Coaching is not therapy or veterinary advice.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Payment & Scheduling

• Session fees are as posted on the website.
   
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.
   

4. Confidentiality

• Sessions are private and confidential. Information will not be shared except as required by law or if there is risk of harm.
   

5. Limitation of Liability

• Lucky’s Rainbow is not responsible for any decisions or outcomes based on coaching sessions. Participation is voluntary.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Package sessions may be refunded for unused sessions if requested within 30 days of purchase, with proper notice.
